BODY MINISTRY  

 

The Body Ministry includes the Rock Gym which is an on-site facility aimed at equipping people physically for the work of the ministry. Certified personal trainers and nutritionists are on-site to instruct on proper weight training and aerobic activities that build strength and endurance. Information pamphlets on proper dieting and weight loss are available and nutrition tips are shared weekly.
